Archie Labs was born from a simple but frustrating truth: building great software has always been harder than it should be.
After decades as a software engineer, management consultant, and three-time venture-backed founder, our CEO, Albert Santalo, saw that code wasn't the bottleneck — decisions were. Thousands of them. Most projects collapsed under the weight of poor definition, misalignment, and rework.
We set out to change that. We built the Archie, Idea-to-Application Platform to bring clarity to the front of the process, transforming ideas into structured, intelligent plans that flow seamlessly into design, architecture, and code.
